Scott Rajavuori, former owner of BIR Construction in Burnsville and employee of Titus Contracting LLC in Savage is intentionally misleading the general public/prospective customers of Titus Contracting through the following current activities since his felony convictions for contractor theft by swindle and fraud in the State of MN:

• Scott Rajavuori served prison time and was ordered to pay restitution to his victims. 
  
  
  
• Scott Rajavuori returned to the remodeling industry immediately after being released from prison working for Austin Remodeling of Prior Lake and currently as a "lead" person for Titus Contracting LLC of Savage. 
  
  
  
• Scott Rajavuori/Titus Contracting Facebook page states his wife, Suzanne Leuty Mix Rajavuori as "partner in Titus" - yet only Lee Titus and Scott Rajavuori are listed on the website under contact information and customer testimonials.
  
  
  
• Lee Titus is the only person listed under the contractor license with the state of MN.  Contractor License # 20634093Titus Contracting LLC. website (www.homeremodelers.com) and facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/TITUS-CONTRACTING/190787514188) testimonials list "Scott" as a perceived owner or head of Titus Contracting, LLC. possibly to avoid questions from customers who are unaware of Scott Rajavuori's felon conviction in the remodeling industry.
  
  
  
• Suzanne Rajavuori may be a financial receiver of Titus Contracting LLC. for Scott Rajavuori to avoid him having to pay restitution or wage garnishments as a result of his felony conviction in 2003 or to avoid IRS tax liability/liens.  
  
  
  
• Providing Misleading information to entice customers:  Titus Contracting and/or Scott Rajavuori have falsely claimed that Titus Contracting has "won a MADAC award" from the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association and have created several postings throughout the internet making such claims.  
  
  
  
• Titus Contracting was never awarded the MADAC award and is not even a member of the MHA as verified on September 15, 2011 by the President of MHA, yet the links below are to the various sites they claim to have won this award as posted by "Scott Rajavuori".
