He ignored our agreement and painted how and whatever he wanted. He painted my siding with a brush instead of a roller as agreed. His brush strokes looked like he just slapped and dripped the paint on in all directions. He painted my factory-finish soffits, gutters and run off pipes the same way without priming as agreed. He used flat paint on my porch and railing instead of porch paint and oil-based paint as agreed. I had just had them both restored. He slapped paint on my factory-finish entry doors and storm doors with a brush. We never discussed the doors. He went "Picasso" on my run off pipes and painted them multicolors. There are examples of this "work" attached. He took advantage of me and I don't want him to take advantage of anyone else. I think he was desparate for money and just wanted to make a quick buck (a very quick buck) at my expense.

He placed this ad on Craigslist October 30th. My report does not come up when I "Google" his name, location and "so called" trade. This is false advertising and others need to know what he did to my home so they don't get scammed. I believe his family helps with placing these ads. They should take responsibility for the false advertising and remove them.

We've had a couple of sunny days this week. Even the damage to the soffits are very visible from the ground. It is very hard to look at my home. It is very stressful knowing that correcting the damages will be time consuming and very costly.
