My business was contacted by TKO sports advertising about supporting one of our local high schools by buying an ad that would be printed on the backs of tshirts. The shirts would be sold by the cheerleaders and proceeds of sales to the school. I have not received any advertising benefit because the shirts have not been delivered to the school. The school never agreed to this. I asked "Destiny" of TKO to send me a copy of the agreement between the school and TKO and she agreed, but never sent it.
This scam has occured repeatedly since 2013, according to my research and needs to be stopped by all the small businesses who are affected. I urge you to work with your local authorities, city or county, and provide specifics of this scam to them. It is only is they hear from enough victims that they will determine the severity of this problem.
The most recent occurance has been Jan 2017, so this is still an active scam. Please help and let's shut this down.
