golden bear realtor who is located in summerville s.c. summerton s.c., north palm beach florida are using an agent by the name of susan stroman.  she is dishonest and back stabbing.  i have contacted the owner of golden bear realtor regarding the problems but he appears to over look such actions.  i plan to file a complaint with the s.c. board of real estate commission.  be aware of doing business with this company for the owner of golden bear realtor let's things slip under the rug until he's caught.  be aware of this company.  susan stroman was operating in summerville s.c. but now has moved to 5215 dingle pond road, summerton s.c.  be ware for she is dishonest and will back out of a deal that she makes with you.
