TLC MARKETING NEGLECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPANY DOESNT CARE! Boston Massachusetts

TLC Marketing is a huge mess! I submitted my application for T Mobile flights in 2008 and after getting sick of waiting for a call from their non responsive customer service (which by the way bounces the call to all sorts of different extensions and invalid answering machines) I finally just made a visit to the facility in my hometown of Boston. It seemed like low budget company with the customer serivce organized by a group of low-class looking kids in their twenties! No wonder my call never went anywhere. While I Was there, they were hardly on the phone answering calls like MINE but rather just laughing and wasting time with no supervisor in site? I heard them on the phone doing the go around just like they did to me...finally charging people like $250 for FREE FLIGHTS..and debating with them over flight schedules!

I don't think they noticed me waiting to speak to anybody, but I overheard a few of them discussing the massive layoffs's of their staff who were mostly temps anyways to cut costs cuz the company was so cheap.. how TLC is rumored to go through bankruptcy!

What a waste of time! I was told to fill out this free flight voucher and I did...but I didnt expect much as I walked out of there. I was shocked people could talk about stuff like that, but I noticed there wasnt a waiting room, so obviously they didnt see me. I pronptly canceled my tmobile when i got home.

Take a visit, see this place for yourself! I wouldn't put any trust in them honoring any of their offers.
