Tlg Great Fun, Tlg Shopper, Tlg Travlers Advantage I made a reservation on line with super 8 in Julu 2008 and just recently found that 3 different tlg's had taken $11.99 to 14.99 out of my checking account NorwalkNorwalk Connecticut

Upon chekcing my checking book I found that money had been taken out of our account!! So immediately i called the bank. The next thing was to get on the internet and find these companies. First there was only two and today I found the third had been into my account taking out $14.99, this is bs I screamed to my husband. So i looked up "TLG TRAVERLERS ADVANTAGE" on the internet, got the telephone number and spoke to them about getting my money back. Well "you made a reservation with SUPER 8 HOTEL" therefore you agreed to all the advantages we offered" can you believe this woman!?!?!

I told her I wanted my money back within 24 hrs, she just raised her voice trying to convince me that I had authorized this. NO I am reading right now what a rip off your company is, i want my money back now, really loud and harsh. She gave me a cancelation number and said I would she a refund on the next statement or two.

I did the same with the others "TLG GREAT FUN" and "TLG SHOPPER" and I have refunds from bothe of them already, it took two to three days. BUT
I just noticed this morning that there are more "TLG'S", so I am filing a fraud reporrt with my bank and getting a new card. Good luck if you run into these companies! I told the last woman I felt sorry that she had to work for a rip off place!!!
