TLG Just For Me charged my account without permission Unknown At This Time unknown at this time

i made a payment to my credit card and received conformation of payment through my e-mail. i then received an e-mail stating i was overdrawn. so i called my credit card company to let them know there is a mistake. so i was told that a company by the name of tlg just for me put a charge on my account for 119.99. so i put a dispute on my account and now i am not able to use this card if need be. i was told though that my account is now closed but will receive a new card with new account but now my interest goes up and i wont be able to receive a decrease on interest all because of this so called ripoff company ripped off my account. so now my time and my money gets affected and who is going to reimburse me for it. nobody i am fed up because it has happened to me a few times and it keeps on happening to others. we need to make some kind of thorough check for these sites or other for some type of approval with a waiting period for them to be able to permit selling this crap online. something needs to happen. federal trade comission needs to be more involved along with the better business bureau. since are goverment cant seem to do whats right for the honest working people of america.
