TLG*EVRYDAY Fraudulently charged $11.99 to our Citi Card for 4 months before we caught it. Westerville, Ohio

TLG*EVRYDAY has charged $11.99 to our Citi Card every month since December. When contacted by phone, the man had such broken English, it was difficult to understand him. He said he could cancel our contract but we never had a contract of any kind. Then he asked if we had ever ordered anything from Haband and I had ordered two pairs of pants and paid for them last year. Haband must be selling credit card numbers.....otherwise, how would a strange company get it?

We would like to know if anyone else has had this experience re Haband or has it just been TLG. We are trying to collect four months of charges and our Citi Card is regarding this month as a dispute.

Two old people trying to make it on Social Security is hard enough, much less to have someone deliberately steal from you.
