This company uses an automated dialer that hangs up when you answer the phone. This is in direct violation of the FTC rules (call abandonment). There are NO provisions for removal of your number from their list. Their link to FCC compliance is B.S. As copied from their website:
"TLK Group LLC fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing the telemarketing industry."
They are in the market of nuisance calls and will continue until someone takes legal action to get them to stop!
There are hundreds of complaints on the Net about their "hang up" calls so this is NO isolated occurrence!
They are most likely hawking services for COMCAST so if you are interested in starting legal action then COMCAST should be part of that process as they are paying TLK Group to harass you to no end!
For the record:
Dear TLK Group,
Do NO Call me for any reason for any client anywhere ever again. Remove me permanently from your list and you agree by reading this correspondence that any call(s) to any of my home or business numbers from your company or through any service contracted by your company will obligate you for a nuisance call fee of $10,000 payable to Me, for EACH call, in US currency, within 30 days of each violation.
A copy of this complaint will be forwarded to TLK group LLC and COMCAST.

Is there anything that i can do as an ex employee as far as filing a report? Ive never actually received a phone call from TLK Group. But i have witnessed them doing many things that they should be fined for and deserve to be fined for. For example. Calling after curfrew hours, because management didnt know how to properly filter leads. I thinking calling someone in Florida at 12 definitely gets a fine.
