TLO Logistics USA doesn't pay agents properly, empty promises, steals customer accounts from agents, breaches agent agreements, unethical practices Brownsville Texas

Tlo logistics is a freight broker while charging $500 through a school through Nadia Loeschke this price has changed several times over the past few months. Whereas, it used to be free or depending on background $150.00. You get 1 week of training then supposed to get a manager there have been some agents waiting up to 3 weeks for a manager or provided two different managers.

They tell you at first to call carriers as your manager will have shippers and loads for you to work on.  However, that's not 100% true. You will need to call shippers and carriers. Once you have a shipper you think great I have loads i can move. TLO doesn't tell you they are a new brokering Agency with bad credit.

Most carriers won't haul for them due to the strict credit guidelines it takes up to 3 months for a carrier to get paid. Agents too have to chase their money and often told some bogus excuse of why they didn't get paid. 

They will tell you they have another company TLO Logistics that has all these trucks. They don't tell you that there not for agents to use. Therefore,  they will tell you they are looking to become asset based. They don't even have an escrow account for brokering agents nor the credit to obtain to become asset based.

They are trying to obtain investors to assist and always stating hold tight it's coming, yet nothing ever becomes of any of it. They will steal your accounts while being an agent and after you decided to leave. Again, they tell you ...your shippers are your shippers.  That's not the case they will pass account information to another agents especially the new agents as they don't know they are offering them accounts from other brokering agents.

This Agency has been running like this since June 2013 and needs to be shut down for their unethical practices.  So shippers, carriers, and freight broker agents beware. They are scamming a lot of people and providing empty promises. They lie, cheat, and find ways to steal agents money that are due to them.
