I called a number that I retrieved from the internet. The number was listed as a T-mobile number. The place I called represented itself as T-Mobile. They never said any other name.

The person who was representing T-Mobile stated in order to ship my cell phone to me, I would have to pay $14.99. No other charges were stated. He told me that T-Mobile will send a bill to my home.

On 8/8/07 my bank has charged me approximately $135.00 in overdraft fees because what I thought was T-Mobile charged my account $14.99 in July. On 8/8/07 they charged me $49.99 which is an amount that I was unaware of.

The Chase Bank Customer service called T-Mobile for me and T-mobile stated that they had not billed me and that I must have used a third party. I explained to the T-Mobile representative that the number I origonally called was listed under T-Mobile.

I am not sure to this day what company I spoke with because I thought it was T-Mobile. I never heard the name TMI from anyone until the T-Mobile representative told me the name.

See how they have changed in one year

Krink see my Report: #407161 and see how TMobile has changed in just one year. I also used to get great customer service. See how they offered me a one month deal and then added a one year extension to my month by month contract. What a ripoff!! And as usual the TMobile employee is his/her charming self. You only have to look at his user name to see how much he/she cares. Typical of the new TMobile.. the employee is always right.

They Can refund you

AUTHOR: Krinks - (U.S.A.)

I am a customer of T-Mobile and have been for the last 4 years. I have worked with them on many different issues. What you need to do is dial 611 from you phone or call 1800-T-Mobile, and ask to speak with their manager. they are goin to figh back and see if they can help you. tell them the situation, be very detailed and give dates and times if you can. Tell them to listen to the call and they will see that you are not trying to just get over on them. And they have to honer what the rep from the company TIM (i have never heard of them either) told you. A company that i have heard of is called NCO, they are a contracted customer service company for t-mobile. Then remind that that you would like to speak with the manager. But trust me. T-mobile is a great service provider. there have been time that i have been over my and would have had to pay like over 200 in overage but they changed my plan just for that month so that i would not have the overage. then there have been time when they would give me bonus minutes, and texts. they have given me credits on my bill, credited me for ring tones, they always give me great deals on phones. not i dont think that they will be able to give you a refund but they will give you a credit. and remember that they are people to, and if you come off rude and disrespectful they are not goin to want to try and help you, and could you blame them. and remember one rep is not the whole company. hang up and call back you will get someone new every time. GOOD LUCK!!
