I got insurance coverage for 4 cellphones thru ASSURANT Solutions an administrator of devices protection plans for Tmobile; However, I filed a claim which in the beginning of my claim filing, they found every little loophole not to pay the claim, they stated that even thou I was paying for the insurance coverage one of my phones wasn't insurable. I asked them, why were they accepting payments on all 4 devices, and their replied was that they didn't know it until I had made the claim. Tmobile was also aware of the situation from the beginning, but decided to play blind instead of protecting their customers. I went ahead and cancel the coverage, because to be honest is not worth paying for it, because they will RIP YOU OFF!
