Today I am turning in my resignation letter after being discriminated against. I have been with the company for a while and would like for the coprate office to take head to the employees when they are reaching out to them. I went on vacation a month ago. Shortly after my vacation I had to go on FMLA I was out for a month and it was well approved . The only thing is when I returned to work I was being talked to any kind of way and treated worse that anyone should ever be treated. I tranfeed to this store from another one to start freash and to help take care of a sick family member which has been a bit stressfull but it is what it is. I am comming foward to let others know that if you work for this company or any brother sister companies dont sign a gag form(I didnt) this states that whatever happens in this company stays with the company and noone will ever know how or what happened to you while behind close doors. I was treated as if my illness was a addional vation as if I was being punished for being sick. Even while out the store manager and general manager rode by my house repeatly. What they didnt know is that I seen then and so did my relatives. I also know the poilies of this company is to contact the next member of management if you are haveing issue with on level of management. So I did I told him that I was being bullyed and talked to as if I was below the team. The reponse was that this conversation is getting rediculas and he not only belittled me he changed his number so that I couldnt contact him any more. Why? When he asked to to contact him anytime that I felt this way. When I was away on leave my belonging where pass among the office as if I had resigned. I was so upset to find out the customer also was told that I quit and terrible things were being said about me. Iwanted to stay quit about this so I asked my husband about transferring back to stay with the company and get somewhere that I could be treated fairly. He had gotton a permotion and with that I addressed HR and checked to see if there was a store in the area that needed help. There where several. So when I asked I was told no because I didnt follow the poper chain of comand. And the treats and belittling got worse until I decied I going to see just how far they will go. I put my childs toy in my personal bag that appears to be a recording device. Well needless to say they once again feel for I and when though all my belonging while I was out on store errors . These are things that the corprate office need to know about and not ignor the little people. So many times we work so hard only tp be treated as if we are criminals. I have never took anything from anyone and would give anyone the shirt off my back if needed. I will never put my faith in the very ones thats suppose to pertect the little people. Where are the honest people. To be contiuned......

Today I am turning in my resignation letter after being discriminated against. I have been with the company for a while and would like for the corporate office to take heed to employees when they are reaching out to them. I went on vacation a month ago to be apart of a wedding. Shortly after my vacation I had to go on FMLA I was out for a month or so and it was well approved by the company. What puzzled me was that when I returned to work I was being talked to as if i was the scum of the earth. Also the way that I was being treated was worse that anyone should ever be treated. I transferred to this store from another one to start fresh and to help take care of a sick family member which has been a bit stressful but we should always want to help and never lose sight of the ones who helped take car of us. (I am coming forward to let others know that if you work for this company or any of the brother sister companies don't sign a gag form you will be unable to speak freely about what your dealing with nor can you let others know.) This form states that whatever happens in this company stays with the company and you can not tell anyone what happened to you while behind close doors. Also you are bound to not sharing trade secrets. This I dont mind but the rest should be told. While I was away I was treated as if my illness was a additional vacation as if I was being punished for being sick. Even while out the store manager and general manager rode by my house repeatedly. What they didn't know is that I seen them and so did my relatives. I also know the policies of this company is to contact the next member of management if you are having issue with any of you immediate levels of management. So I did just that. I told him that I was being bulled and talked to as if I was below the team. I also stressed the importance of my morals when helping customers in need (people are not cattle that we make bonuses and profits of off). I told him that I had become very concerned about this facilities level of real customer service. Meaning that people were being talked about as if they where the scum of the earth and so on.The response to my surprise was beyond shocking ,I was told that" this conversation is getting ridiculous". Not only did I feel belittled. Mt concerns were all sweep it under the carpet . I was made to look like the bad guy and he changed his number so that I couldn't contact him anymore. Why? When he asked me to contact him anytime that I felt the need ? Also when I was away on leave I found that all of my belonging where pass among the office as if I had voluntary resigned. I was so upset to also find out that the customers I serviced were being denied for no reason before they could even apply for a loan. They called the help line to report this and was told that there was nothing that could be done for them. They also said that terrible things were being said about me within the office. I wanted to stay quit about this until I could think things though. But I think that I am to my wits end with this.  I asked my husband about transferring back to stay with the company and get somewhere that I could be treated fairly. Seeing that he had gotten a per-motion and with that I addressed HR to checked to see if there was a store in the area that needed help. Needless to say that there were several. So when I asked my manager, I was told no because I didn't follow the proper chain of command? Shortly afterwards  the retaliation and belittling got worse. After today I deiced I will no longer be talked to or made to feel less then a person. I then tested the waters to see just how far they will go to push me toward quieting. I had been asked sarcastically about a performance form that had when missing with a few other things while I was on " vacation." This made me plenty upset, seeing that I was being accused of stealing in a nice way. So then I put my child's toy in my personal bag that appears to be a recording device. Well needless to say they once again my trust was violated. This was proof that I was right my personal belonging are being compromised with out my permission. As I held on the little dignity I had left I was quickly asked to go here and there for the company while they search though my personal belongings and relayed false messages this company I called my second home for so long. .These are things that the corporate office need to know about and not ignore. This is starting to happen everywhere within this company, but no one wants or can to say anything about it. Yes we are the little people, but we helped build businesses such as these. So someone should stand up and fight like hell for these people.  So many times we work so hard only to be treated as if we are common criminals or even door mats. We are not, we just want others to know that we are being heard. It hurts for me to revise this because I know there are serious consequences when choosing to do whats right over doing whats best for you and your family.   I personally  have never took anything from anyone knowingly, and would give anyone the shirt off my back if needed.  But I must say I have learned a real lesson from this experience. No matter how much you want other to know that your heart, and to that your  there to help them build. Also ,above all you want to see everyone prosper, Never lose yourself in a battle to gain trust from someone who will never see the value of what you stand for and who you are. I feel as if I cal never again put my faith in the very ones that's suppose to protect the little people. Where are the honest, honorable
