I ordered a North Face jacket from this site thinking I was getting an awesome deal. After I recieved the jacket, I noticed the seam work on the jacket and the material were not the same from the one I seen in the sporting store.. I emailed the customer service and this was the reply:

Dear Friend

This is carl, Thank you for your email. My friend, our jackets are original North Face product. At different times, different batches, different styles, different grades, the material will have some different. Therefore, some products may be a bit different. But the jacket is original jacket. PLS do not worry.

After wearing the jacket for less then 2 months, I then washed per the instructions on the tab. After pulling it out of the washer, the zipper on the front breast pocket just FELL OUT.. So I inspected the jacket further to find the inside seams were also coming undone.. I immediately contacted the customer support again demanding a refund.. I was asked to send pictures of the jacket in which I obliged. This is the email I recieved in regards to my pictures:

Dear Friend

This is carl, Thank you for your reply. My friend, we are so sorry about that. But there is much difference between the color of jacket that in the picture and our product's. Can you say something about that?

I am sorry about that, pls give us a reply if possible

I then replied being furious, stating this is the exact jacket they sent me, and a "real" North Face jacket would not have done this... This is the reply I recieved:

Dear Friend

This is cal, Thank you for your email. My friend, we should say sorry about that. But the jacket you have been wearing for two months. And from the picture, the jacket has been obvious changed color. This shows that you use this jacket is not correct. So we can't give you a full refund. Hope you understand.

So I replied with a few choice words and am trying to get the word out to not buy from them...
