We read about TNG Systems in the various Dental magazines. They promised 10 new patients a month or you don't pay anything. We felt we could not lose. We signed a 60 month contract with a leasing company.

TNG promises that everyone will love their product even the prospects. They require that you run this autodialer which cold calls people within the specified zip codes.

You are also required to run the system 5 days a week 8 hours a day. However, this is impossible. Vacations? Holidays? Dentists work 4 days a week so the 5th day is spent running to the office making sure the system is running.

We put in the area codes and when we came in the next morning we found out that the system only ran 6 hours rather than 8 hours. After the first few months we did not get one new patient.

When we required about our refund they replied that we were none complient therefore we would NEVER qualify for the refund again for the remainder of the 60 month contract. This auto dialer made people very angry. We knew we had been scammed when they told us this information.

Also, with the involvement of a leasing company we have found that we are fighting 2 companies not just one. This has been a horrible experience and I have been contacted by over 50 other dentists and chiropractors who have had the exact same experience with this company.

I am amazed at how companies are allow to take advantage of people. PLEASE HELP.

Accurate information concerning this company

AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 11, 2005

I checked out TNG Systems through the Harris County Assumed Names website and found that a company called "Today's Destiny, Inc" is the owner of TNG Systems.

I looked up the address to Today's Destiny and found that it is 955 Dairy Ashford Street, Ste 207, Houston, Texas 77079-5300.

Their phone number is 281-497-6720.

I noticed that the address that you had indicated a different suite number. I also seen that the phone number was not listed. I just wanted to inform you of this information in case you didn't know it.

I would file a claim in the small claims court and contact the Texas Attorney General's office about this company.
