TNT Security Protection 1 Or ASG Security Sent a letter that they were bought out. I called to opt out and was told I could not Not known Nationwide

 I had contract for security with local company. I received letter that they were bought out by Protection 1. I called my to opt out. I do not want a huge national security company. I was told my a very rude clerk @ 877-227-3274 that it was on the back of my contract that they can sell your contract at any time. She then said she would cancel me but I would've sent a bill for remaining amount on contract. Yea right. Please everyone know these three companies do not care about you. This company took over equipment that was in place in my home. They do not have a cash outlay to cover. I was taking to Protection 1. This company and their reps are in business of stealing legally. That's scary for a security company. Makes you want to take your chances with the crooks
