Tober Logistics, Moving Nightmare with Tober Logistics Bayonne New Jersey

My husband and I hired Tober Logistics on the recommendation of a friend. We were moving to Dubai and needed a moving company to pack and ship our belongings. Since they had been recommended I did not do any back ground checks.

On packing day, they arrived without enough labels for the boxes, and recruited my husband and me to number and label the boxes for them, while they packed. My husband and I have moved across continents and this was a first for us, but we took it in our stride.

Our nightmare began once the goods arrived in Dubai. The local Dubai company told my husband that the goods had arrived but they could not release the goods to him because of two reasons, Tober hadn't sent them the documents they needed to release it and they had not been paid by Tober for the previous three shipments.

My husband and I paid Tober Logistics the total amount due to them ($9335.55) in June 08. The shipment arrived in Dubai mid July. So my husband and I then had to negotiate between the two companies to resolve THEIR differences. Finally, we thought everything had been resolved after lots of calls between Dubai, New York and New Jersey.

It is now August and my husband has still not been able to move into his apartment because he still has not got delivery of his shipment. Tober Logistics apparently sent the required Documents with the wrong company name (local company). I have left messages and sent emails to both Ami Oded, and his boss Yoram Benhaim at Tober Logistics. Am still waiting for the matter to be resolved.....
