Beware tobuy-cn.com and the manager Cathy My son wanted to buy some fidget spinners so we looked on Ali-Baba and put in a request for some quotes. A vendor replied and said to vist their website tobuy-cn.com The manager "Cathy" contacted me via email asking if I wanted to order something. My son was really into these things and wanted to make a little business out of it. We ordered close to $5000 worth of merchandise. Cathy stated that they did not accept paypal and the only way to get the best price possible was to sent via western union. I should have known something was wrong, but when I googled chinese suppliers it said that paying via western union was not uncommon. Anyway, sent the money then had to ask 5 times for a tracking number. "Cathy" provided 3 tracking numbers but none of them work. She stated they were sent via TNT post. I contacted TNT and they said that the numbers were invalid. Not surprisingly "Cathy's" number does not seem to be working either. Beware tobuy-cn.com - I have submitted a report to Ali-Baba and will report to any other scam reporting website so these scammers don't get anyone else. Beware tobuy-cn.com ! Dishonest POS scammers!!
