He claims to build "custom" web sites that "work", but that simply just is not true on either level.

He downloads templates online that are worth next to nothing and they will not run correctly for you. Mine NEVER worked properly and cost me over $1500 and he promised to fix it and never kept his word.

He never did what he said he was going to do, Never finished in the time he promised.
It is not what I wanted and he has done nothing to fix or repair the mistakes he made. And it is keeping my money?? SCAM!!

He uses the classic bait and switch technique to lure you in, shows you a web site that looks great and claims he built it, (and come to find out later he DID NOT) This is all a part of his scam.

RUN, RUN, RUN!!! Do not walk...RUN FROM HIM!!

To whom it may concern,

My name is Toby Hitchcock. I am the victim of these untrue and false allegations. You can contact me through the information provided if you have any questions concerning this matter or my integrity.

Let me start off by saying, I think it is unfortunate that there is a website that any person can log into without any verification, and post falsified statements without ANY proof! What's worse, is to not be man enough to even state who they are when they are claiming these things. Anyone who reports something anonymously on a subject like this is obviously hiding something. That, to me, is enough proof that you cannot believe what you read on this website, or any other "whoever wants to post something, can" website. There is no way to get these false statements removed from this obviously unreliable website. So unfortunately, I have to spend time from my busy schedule to post this rebuttal because it is my only means of defense at this point.

If you are aware of who I am, you know that these statements are false. They do not contain any truth to them whatsoever. They were reported by an ex-friend and his intentions are to hurt me in any cheap and lazy way that he can. He has no other option because he is completely dried up. His name is Matt Collins. He lives in Valparaiso Indiana. Feel free to look Matt Collins up. You will find some interesting things.

I have NEVER been hired to build a website for Mr. Collins. I have NEVER charged nor did Mr. Collins pay me $1500 to do ANYTHING! I DO NOT advertise as being a website design firm. Because these things never happened, the rest of his story here is obviously made-up.

The truth to this matter is that Mr. Collins is acting out in anger and making up lies due to his faded memory of the exact issue that took place between us 5 years ago. The reason that this is all coming up after 5 years, is because Mr. Collins is simply broke. He needs money and he thinks that I owe him some sort of "refund". The fact is, I do not.

5 years ago, Mr. Collins decided to purchase some equipment with the intentions of starting a creative production business. Since he does not know anything about this type of business, he wanted to include me. So I helped HIM out. We split everything that came into the business 3 ways (even though I was the one who brought in the clients that we did get) 1/3 to Mr. Collins for his share, 1/3 to Mr. Collins to pay for the equipment, 1/3 to me for labor.

I am not going to bore anyone with all of the details, but needless to say, this little business, and I use the term "business" very loosely, obviously failed. I did all the work, didn't make any money and decided to pursue a career in my field in another city. So after 4-6 months of this "business" I decided to leave the area. As a favor to Mr. Collins, I helped him sell his used equipment and get some money back. I made some calls and found a buyer for the gear. It was sold for 5k because that is what HE accepted. Otherwise, it would have sat in his house doing nothing, in his possession. I did not own any of it whatsoever.

After all of this, somewhere along the line, Mr. Collins decided that I owe him something. Since I refuse to give him anything, he has gone to all of these inconceivable and immature lengths to bash me in any way. If Mr. Collins had any sort of legal proof in this case whatsoever, I wouldn't be having to clean up his messy lies with the truth. It would be over with and the court would have settled in my favor. I hope at some point, Mr. Collins moves on with his life and grows up a bit.
