I ordered 2 rings from Tocoy $115.00. They carrged my account right away. i revieved an e mail from jeniffer telling me that she would e mail me my trcking # shortly. "Please be a little patient and once the item is ok we will arrange your package shipping in 16 hours by DHL express DHL express promise a fast delivery to your door in 3-5 days. And I will send you the DHL tracking number".
Well, it has been 13 days since that e mail and I have not yet recieved a tracking number. I e mail several times and she told me to "please wait more patiently". the past 2 times i tried e mailing the attempts have failed. It says that her in box is full. I am very upset and afraid I will not get my items.
