Making an on-line payment of a credit card, I checked the statement and found a charge I didn't recognize. Called the 800 number and couldn't get through with 3 tries over several hours. Called the card company and they said check it out on-line, it was a membership fee. Huh! Not one I had ever used or recognized. They agreed to let me dispute with nothing else to go on. It's been months and I don't know if I'll get my money back. Nice to run into this site as confirmation that it's not just me.
