todaysdeal2013 sent me the wrong item and lied about it to ebay Internet

I purchased a saddle on ebay from this guy then I got an email to my personal email confused for a moment but thought he had questions about my purchase we discussed the saddle and how I wanted it made I agreed since I was asking for more I would pay more however I got a delivery out of the blue on 12/26 it was a saddle not the one we had discussed it was of very poor quality and not made correctly I asked him to explain he became ugly and vulgar. I try to work with people and I thought we worked through the BS and he said he would redo the saddle and do it correctly I said ok then I find out he was in contact with ebay so I opened a claim to protect my money. This guy tells ebay I am outside their protection since I got delivery on 11/29 they closed the case I contacted ebay provided them the proof from DHL and the tracking # they said he lied but they had already closed the case so I paid through paypal so I called and filed with paypal this guy tried to lie to them however I had paypal and ebay talk already so I will get my most of my money back I must pay to send this low quality saddle back but I want others who may do business with this guy to be careful
