The company of Todd Bomberg does not exist, he claims to be a finance person. They've rented at least 16 homes in Los Angeles, Ca. These people come with cash and talk a good story about there background of property they lost. They have not owned property in Ca. They pay rent for about six months and then stop, they definitely know how to work the court system to avoid the eviction process.

Meanwhile they try to put the owner of the property in a situation that they have no choice but to go to extreme measures to get them out. They will request a letter and promise to move. When you do not agree to their terms they will stay in your home and file the correct papers to extend the process and ask for jury trial. This process is to ensure the owner will not spend the extra 5 grand to their attorney to enforce the court removal. If the owner goes along with the court system these people will abandon the home and rent another home before anything hits their credit report.
