Todd Fuller STEALING FROM COMPANY AND RIPPING OFF CLIENTS Tampa, Florida

I hired a upholstery cleaner to clean my couch & love seat. I'm not mentioning the company b/c it's not the companys' fault that they hired a rip off artist but they should've done a background check!

Anyway, Todd shows up and looks at my sofa & says I really should have the "foam" cleaning done, it's faster (2 hr drying instead of 8 hr for water based)& better cleaning for your type of fabric which is several hundred dollars more than I was quoted from the cleaning company. I refused. Then he offers to clean it with the same product only at a cheaper cost if I pay him directly but he of course doesn't want me to tell the cleaning company and tells me to just call and cancel the service. So I did.

He goes ahead and cleans it. I don't know much about upholstery cleaning products, however, he starts spraying the couches, which looks alot like water based product (the kind he talked me out of) and doesn't look like foam at all, but what do I know.

After he finishes, he says I overtreated your couches for you so they may take a little longer to dry. Several hours later, I did some research on this "foam" type product and found out that there isn't one and then realized he probably just used the original company product at a higher cost to me and check to be filled out to him!

Luckily, I was able to stop payment on the check and I will certainly inform the company of what he is doing! Just beware that he may show up at any cleaning company trying to rip you off! Unfortunately, most people find out after the fact like me, but hopefully this will catch up to him!
