This is the real Jerri responding. I just found out about this website and that I have been "impersonated" by a Jerri in Woodburn.

To set the record straight, I didn't write PISSED OFF and didn't write THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.

Anyone that knows me knows I would never give OUT a person's phone number to a website no matter how irritated I might be at someone, AND given the hypothetical that I did, I would NEVER apologize as I would have put much thought behind my actions before putting them in place.

In addition, I am not a drama-type individual such as WHOLE TRUTH (or whomever JC is ???) and would not ask anyone to forgive me in the public spectacle method she has done here.

Anyone who says that Kit Hammett is an honest person who is just looking to help people in need is lying on his behalf!!! All he has ever done is take peoples money and never call back OPM (Kits other DBA) does anyone know what this stands for?.. Other Peoples Money. That is what he does takes other peoples hard earned money and spends it on himself. It could be through his credit clinic house deals or his old tile store does anyone from Sherwood remember Premier Tile and Marble? Same guy!!!

Kit helped us with our credit and has helped my family members friends and co-wokers that we had referred to him. Will Brown I believe is in trouble with the law(the last I heard). Kit had sold his business. be upset with Will not Kit. We still have people calling us to get a hold of Kit to help them because they have heard us talk about good he is. Unfortunatly I no longer know how to get a hold of him.

Kit I hope you continue helping people.

I'm so ashamed. I keep wishing I could take back what I did last month, in fact, one month ago today, but I can't.

I'm hoping that this will make it better somehow.

I'm the "author" of the "Pissed Off!" comment. And I am TRULY ashamed of myself. I didn't follow the rules on here, which clearly states that "NO trivial comments will be accepted. Solid, productive criticism, your opinions and other Consumer Comments will be treated like letters to the EDitor", and so on, but I did nothing constructive, I merely posted my now ex-boyfriends phone number, because we had a... situation and I was upset.

I knew that Kit was sensitive to this site, because when someone told him about the Ripoff report online, he was hurt. He had sold Todd James & Associates maybe a year before that person wrote the report, although he held the DBA for it, but only owned the name itself. Will Brown was a former employee who was supposed to take over for Kit, but apparently, never did. I worked with Kit too, back then, and neither of us knew anything about "Timothy" from Portland... Anyway, his name being linked to this site disturbed him greatly.

I knew that. And I took advantage of that fact after we argued about something that has no relevence on here.

That's why my comment is nothing more than a silly statement of he ripped me off too, and why I posted the number. The good luck comment was directed at him, because I wondered if he'd have to field calls from people after it was posted... I guess he did, because he called me, and asked if it was me who did it.

I didn't lie, I told him that it was me, and he just quietly hung up on me. I wish he would have yelled, or shown some emotion, but nothing at all.

I called this site, and asked them to remove the number, as it was posted in a nger, and I didn't say anything important or anything like that, but after speaking to who I believe was Ed Magedson himself, he said he wouldn't take phone calls, and that I should write an email. I did, but the number is still here, and no response has come.

Kit won't answer or return my calls now, and I'm hoping that he comes back here to see this, or whomever checks this for him tells him that I've written this, and I am SO, so sorry!

It was a juvenile thing to do, and incredibly selfish and unfair.

I'm very sorry, Kit---- please forgive me.

I learned of this site only when a friend that I had referred to Mr. Hammett to help her as her house was close to becoming foreclosed upon, looked up his name on a Google search. She found this site. She was then afraid that maybe what he said he thought he could do for her really was too good to be true. I assured her, that it was not! I'm living proof! But I had to see this for myself.



I literally just came to this site, and I am appalled, truly shocked that it would appear that anyone, for any reason could make a claim against someone, for anything!



I can only tell you that 3 weeks ago, Mr. Hammett literally saved my home. And truer words were never spoken. Due to the death of my husband, and bills that were left unpaid because of the mounting medical costs, I was in quite a bit of financial distress. This left me living month to month, and my greatest fear was that I would lose my home. I tried to refinance, having a good bit of equity in our home, but because of the less than stellar credit score my husband left as his legacy after the hospital bills, I was unable to. I was at a complete loss. I was told of my options, selling my home, allowing it to go into pre-foreclosure and then into true foreclosure... and one last option my loan officer told me of, which was to meet with Mr. Hammett, who I was told, could be a miracle worker.



I met with him on a Tuesday evening, by Wednesday afternoon, he had information for me that gave me hope again. He felt that he could arrange for me to have a lease to buy option, and not only that, but many of my outstanding bills could be paid, using my own equity, that I had heretofor been unable to get to, because of my credit score. It did seem to good to be true, but it worked out exactly as he said it would! I honestly couldn't be any happier, and if I thanked him once, I said it a thousand times over.



Mr. Hammett referred me to a credit repair company that is working on fixing the errors on my credit report, he does NOT do it himself, and although he once did, he hasn't done so for I believe 2 years he said. So this negative claim, is clearly untrue!



One last thing, my friend met with him, and feels now that her situation can be improved too by Mr. Hammett.



I will tell any and all who would listen, that Kit Hammett was a hero for me and my family, and I would not hesitate to send anyone in need of help in saving their precious home to him. He really was my knight in shining armor.
