TODD STUART KAPLAN MULTIPLE SCAM COMPANIES BILLING OUT SLEEP STUDY PROGRAMS Nationwide

Todd Kaplan has created a bunch of new companies basically redefined from an original company called SDI Future Health Inc. which was brought down by the Feds after over 100 counts of Medicare fraud and tax evasion along with illegal kick backs to Doctors to prescribe unnecessary studies (at the time with the heart). Long story short the case was settled after a warrant by the IRS and other agencies was challenged in court on a technicality. IF you read about case -

Among all the public records under TODD STUART KAPLAN, you will see he won the lottery in court and had all the evidence of the fraud and major scam THROWN OUT!! Just think. A grand Jury indicted this guy with all the evidence they had. But he got off on a technicality in the search warrant by the feds! Which would be just one major injustice as he was facing up to 20 years in jail. BUT, now he has perfected the scam from what he learned in being investigated and indicted and has split up into many different corporations to mask the same exact scam he was running with his company SDI Futures Health.

He also has the major balls to create a website trying to mend his image! He makes himself out to be a mentor and shows pictures of anything legitimist (Maybe) that he has to try to explain he was merely a victim and targeted by the government for nothing!

My questions knowing what I know from what I saw at SDI and what came of everything is.

Why do you need all of these corporations for sleep services that own other corporations of sleep services ex...? The only answer is that you have broke up the same diagnostic scam to shelter yourself better. You where smart enough to learn from your lottery ticket! But stupid for doubling down on the same scam! Even if you have broken up the way at which you spread liability around.

I lost my job and went through very hard times because of MR. Kaplan’s greed. I had to move states. And now when I look this a*****e up he is basically doing the same thing!!!!! OMG NO!!!

People need to know who he really is and what they are really doing.

Look at his companies right now under his name online. Look at the network and the same system to recruit doctors to write diagnostic test. If you think he created all of those companies because he was doing thing legitimately now you are just a fool.

His website praising himself is a meager attempt to cloche his shady past that is placarded all over the Internet, and should be.
