TOL Designs, LLC; Sean Belitsos TOL Designs, Owner Sean Belitsos stol $18,000 from me. Purchase a Bagger Bike from him 12/12 and now 3/14 no bike and no deposit of my hard earned $18,000. Owner Sean Belitsos refuses to answer my calls and emails. Scottsdale Arizona

 I went up to Arizona from Hawaii in 1/14 to confront him there were no bike that I made a deposit on and he spent my deposit so I was not able to get my $18,000 back from him. Sean Belitsos of TOL Designs is well knowned in the biker industry and advertises his services and products in a big name magazine called American Baggers. He also has a loyal following and do not understand how he can scam me of a bike let alone not even returning my deposit of $18,000 since there is no product that he produced. This transaction was fradualent from the beginning not only he avoided to communicate with me but he terminated all contact with me. I asked him if there is no bike please at least give me my deposit of $18,000. He still has not return my calls and emails. I have reported him to the BBB, Attorney General of AZ, and consulted an attorney to sue him for my deposit of $18,000, attorney fees, and travel fees. Please be careful of this biker builder he is not what he appears to be.

Sean Belitsos, TOL Designs LLC; stole $18,000 of my money! I gave him $18,000 as a deposit for a bagger bike 12/05/12 and until now have not received my bike nor my $18,000 deposit from him. He has not returned any of my calls, message, and emails. I went up to Arizona with my wife in January 2014 (I traveled all the way from Hawaii) to get this bike from Sean.

No bike only lies from him telling me my mystery bike is now in Las Vegas. I asked him for my deposit back since the deal is a flake and he refused to give me back my $18,000 because he said he spent it on my mystery bike! Since returning from Arizona January 2014 I have called, emailed, and again no response from him.  

TOL Designs LLC; Sean Belitsos advertises in a reputable biker magazine called American Baggers. He is very well known in th biker industry and has a loyal following on facebook. I cannot believe that he stiffed me on this transaction failing to produce a bike and even failing to return my $18,000 deposit.

This transaction started 12/5/12-I gave him a certified check of $18,000 on which he signed and recieved via certified mail 12/11/12. Sean Belitsos does not intend to return my deposit failing to correspond with me via email, text, and phone. He is taking advantage of the situation of me living all the way in Hawaii far from him and his shop in Scottsdale, Arizona.

TOL Designs, Owner Sean Belitsos failed to deliver a product, did not follow through on his contract, and negligently kept and refuse to deliver my deposit of $18,000. I have reported him to the BBB Arizona, Attorney General Consumer Complaint Arizona, and working with an attorney to press charges on him and his company TOL Designs.
