iI live in mass since may 30 , 2015, i keep receiving bills from tolls, after i have paid the tolls , and this is after i contacted then, i spoke to a lady call jesica  , that was the name she stated to me at that time , and  adviced her that every time i get a bill  after i speak to different custumer services, they stated that they dont see anything else, but a few month i get another  bill from toll by plate after  i spoke to mrs jesica she statred to laugh while she was on the phone with me , that was total disrespectful, i advised if this continue i will file a complaint , she continue to laugh  and was more intristed in collecting than trying to help me , i think they should investigate all this tolls collecting ,and see they continue to laugh
