Toluna I have been a member of this online community for more than 5 years. I have never knowingly breached their terms and conditions during this time. Today I received an e-mail from them informing me that my account had been deactivated as during their checks my account had been repeatedly flagged for not complying with their terms and conditons. I have been a member of the Toluna online community for at least 5 years and during this time have never knowingly breached their terms and conditions.  Today I received an e-mail from them to inform me that my account had been closed and all my points confiscated.  They claim that during checks made by their Community Managers, my account has been repeatedly flagged for having breached their terms and conditions.

 

As I think I have been wrongly accused of doing something, please let me know what I can do about this.
