when i spoke with tom johnson he said that i needed to pay by 10 am the next day or they will file against me i said what if i dont have the money by then he said borrow from friends or family i said i dont have anyone to give me the money then he said my lawyer should call him he hung up on me when i tried to ask him what options i have. i called back and tried to make an arrangemt with him he would not accept it said if i dont pay by 10 am or else and i said or else what then he said you will be dealt with and asked him why he was being so nasty with me and he didnt think he was being rude then i asked him for a case # and he got mad then he gave me a ref # it took him awhile to give me that then i asked for the compay name and he said why do i need that and he said didnt you get eenough of that on the answering machine you called my office 7 times mam. these people need to be stopped they are ripping people off they need to be put out of bussiness this person tom johnson is the most arrogant man i have ever met out of all the bill collectors in the world he is the worst no manners at all i cannot believe they get away with treating people like this not proffessinal at all.
