I am entitled to a refund of the purchase price of Cash Flow Expert's Mentoring program, ($417.00) less S&H, which would be a refund of $397.
Purchased for $397 + $20 S&H (non-refundable S&H)
Date of Purchase: April 13, 2012 --there is a 60-day guarantee, valid if CDs were returned in time.
CDs returned by UPS to Cash Flow Experts on Monday, at 10:20 a.m. June 11. This is 59 days from date of purchase.   April 13 - Apr 30 is 17 days.  May 21 days.  June 11 days. Total=59 days.

On May 10, I canceled the program with Cash Flow Experts as I had discovered I needed to have an established LLC or Corp., which I did not, with not enough money nor time to get it done. (Sidebar: The main reason I had purchased the program was that the sales page had touted the advantage of having their Mentoring program in place so that you could establish your corporation/limited liability company correctly...that there were lots of problems in obtaining business funding (the Mentoring program was supposed to get you that in quicker time and almost guaranteeed success...)

There were problems with the US postal service's non-delivery, so I returned the package by UPS. It was delivered at 10:20 a.m. at Cash Flow Experts on Monday, June 11. Signed for by Rodriguez.

The owner, Tom Kish, refused to refund my money as he claimed I was past the 60-day guarantee limit. He claims that he counts the Day of Purchase as Day 1 for his guarantee. Since this is not the normal/nor accepted manner of counting Guaranteed days, he should have defined this on the sales page where the 60-day guarantee is posted, or said there was a 58-day guarantee.

I have researched Clickbank's policies, Sear's policies, WalMart's policies, and various internet online companies with whom I have done business...Not one counts the day of purchase as Day 1. Since a day is commonly understood as 24 hours, the day of purchase is ALWAYS Day 0. Also, very one of these companies ALSO include day 60...that is, if you cancel on DAY 60, they honor their guarantee. Not Tom Kish...His Day 60 is Do Not Honor Guarantee Day.

Self-acclaimed Nevada millionaire Tom Kish responded to my refund request by email: "Your date of purchase was 4/13/12 - you are outside of your 60 day refund period, there for your refund will be denied and your materials returned to you. Your refund is denied."  Two weeks later, the CDs & DVD still have not been returned. My money has not been refunded.

UPS Tracking NO.  1z3485XX0324896820.  Returned at 10:20 a.m. to 101 Convention Center Drive, #710,  Las Vegas, NV 691092001.
