Tom Miller took $110,000.00 as partial payment for building a covered arena on my ranch. He built nothing. He spent the money building an arena for his wife and for other personal debts. When sued, he declared bankruptcy and discharged the debt. He had promised his ranch in Cle Elum as security but could not list it as all the buildings had been constructed without permits. David R.
