Tom Miller is basically running a Ponzi Scheme. I hired him to build an arena on the upper hill of my hoarse ranch, unaware that he had piles of  debt pending from othehe had taken money from, but nver did any work for. So he quoted the job, then he gave me an exact amount he would need to purchase the equipmenand parts to do the job agreed upon. Ove $92,000.  So I paid him to that sum to start the project, and spent the next few weeks just trying to get him on the phone. When I finally spoke to him he gave me one creative story after another explaining why the project was getting delayed.I have never seen him or my $92,000 ever again. Although I know people that know of him and he is still out there, in business, with advertisements websites and all.
