Tom Panek Paramount Home Improvements Poor Installation of Windows, over charged, Warranty of 50 years invalid, Will not respond or fix problems Flint, Michigan

Purchased windows for entire house. Poor Installation,window fell out of house three hours after install and was holiday weekend four days before service. Reinstalled, window with fiberglass and offices in Indianapolis closed six months
later and told Merreville, IN office would service.

They came and redid all outsides of window due to poor installation. Now in June of 2012 realized that window that fellout was growing mold and that water was leaking through and created holes in drywall'

Mold companies have come and will cost $5000.00 to rid of mold rebuild opening to Window and wall needs replaced. The 50 year warranty is useless, because I cannot get anyone to help me.

Been talking to company for five weeks now. They scheduled many appointments and did not come or call.   Today, I have called my insurance company.  They are still selling windows and under same name as well as other names.  This experience has been a nightmare.

The company names are Paramount home improvements as well as Genesee valley windows and same phone numbers.
