I got a tom tom rider gps for my birthday on sept 2006, 6 months later the monitor froze, i couldn't use the gps anymore. i call tomtom on numervous time at first it seem like they were helping me, until 3 different gps unit were sent to me at different time each with a different problem, one the monitor freeze, second the the sb card injected i had to hold it in with a piece of tape for a unit that cost 800.00 dollars, the after comlaining nubervous time i received a third unit without a sb card which you can't even use the gps without the sb card. i'vd call many times and got the run around enclosed are date and people name i've been in contact with staring april 2007.


1. 4/20/2007 tom tom corp ( mail first unit) ref 070416-004130
2. 4/24/2007 mike (can't find unit ref 070425-004422)
3. 4/24/2007 call post ofice to track unit
4.4/24/2007 post office state that linda ball sign package. ref 070425-004554
5.4/24/2007 tech support found uint and will fix tommorow wiil send unit back in 2 days which it took 10 days. and the gps is not working.
5/25/2007 send unit back ref 070525-004583 send e-mail to thomas james
6/6 2007 spoke th jusin
6/7 2007 spoke to peter he states that thomas james is not in call again and i was told he is in a meeting. again run around.
8/1 2007 spoke to harby and them dolores she will e-mail tech support for my ub card.
8/14/2007 spoke to ken still no sb card again ken will e-mail tech suppot.
8/15/2007 christen said that robert will send me the sb card in 2 days.

i am tired and dissapointed with tom tom rider, my friend research the gps and thought that tom tom rider was the best equipment out there, boy what a big mistake i want a refund for this unreliable gps. i will do any it take to get my money back, tom tom rider will hear from my lawer as well. thank you.
