I purchased a vehicle from Tomball Dodge in September of 2017. I agreed to make a purchase and the salesman and the sales manager said they would provide me a dupicate set of keys for the car and a wheel lock key. When signing the papers, they changed thier mind and said they gave me 300.00 off the vehicle and would not provide me a spare key nor a wheel lock key. I told them I needed at least the wheel lock key so if I got a flat tire, I would have it to change to a spare tire. They told me once I signed the papers, they were not responsible. I had to argue with the sales manager until he gave in and got me the spare key and the wheel lock key. I will never purchase a car from here again. I appears as if I had to fight for what I want even though they promised they would honor my request. I do not trust the operations of this place. It appears as if they are in the business to scam others and get what they want.
DO NOT PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. SCAM IN THE WORKS THERE!!!
