TomCar Israel Major parts failure on their vehicle and they refuse to honor or stand by their failure

TomCar Israel is shameful. They do NOT stand by their vehicles and have ZERO customer support. Stay away from TomCar Israel, buy a CanAm or RZR instead. I have a thousand hours behind the wheel of my TomCar and when the steel gear shift lever broke in my hands while driving, I realized there is a serious issue here. I contacted TomCar assuming (never assume anything with TomCar!) they would fix it for me as this cannot be a normal issue. Instead, they told me over the phone it was my fault that it broke and that I need to pay their off site mechanic to have it fixed. To have a steel gear shifter break in your hands while driving down a main road is terrifying. To then have the company HQ tell you to get lost and pay to have it fixed is simply ridiculous and shows no sense of customer relations on behalf of TomCar. I will post this on every forum possible to prevent others from buying this crap. TomCar, shame on you for ZERO customer support and for leaving your clients empty handed.
