Tomco called to collect on a 14 year old debt. They leave an automated bogus message saying that they are calling about a returned check. Once you are on the phone they threaten to send the Sheriff out to your house. Yeah right. I was like send them since I don't owe you any money.
The employees get so upset and they are very inarticulate. I wanted to send the lady calling me some money so she could go back to school. They called my Mom, who did not get upset since she is well aware of these debt collecting scams.
I'm not paying for any debt over 10 years old since it is well beyond the scope of statue of limitations in my state. I told the lady she had the wrong number at the end of the call. She was like, What????
Yeah, she was a dumbazz....

I called Tomco.
I said Hi I'm calling to collect on a debt Tomco owes me.
The lady who answered was like what? She asked for my name.
She told me to hold on and put me on speaker phone.
I immediately began to ask for her name, social security number, and if she could borrow against her home to give me money on an old azz stale dead debt.
I asked her if she graduated from High school.
I couldn't contain my laughter.
She was p***** and asked if I thought this was funny.
I said gimme some money.

I just found the listing today. They 3800 square feet is for sale in the heart of the hood. I wonder if the employees know. The office looks pretty tidy and new on their inside. 250,000 to work in three ghetto? I pass.
