What a sarcastic person - I found several forums that perhaps agree with that statement:
"Heavenly" on Sunday, March 18, 2012 4:38 PM wrote "...overall worst forum/community is Tom's Hardware." Forum Subject - The worst internet forums? I could find more.
I was looking for Sony LocationFree Information when I found information about how use a Sony LocationFree with Linux, then when I arrived at Tom's Hardware Forum, someone asked that question - no one answered it, therefore I did. Low and behold, global Moderator sends me a email and gets mad at me for answering it.
If someone else needed to know, regardless of how long ago it was, would find the answer. The answer was hard to find.
I received no warning not to answer the question - Why should I answer something not needed. They expect me to read their mind. Just Mad and Sarcastic - Global Moderator "Area51" Tom's Hardware Forum.
What kind of people get mad and get sarcastic, never stopping to think they can get an understand between people, just get upset and not explain politely.

You answered a thread that was several years old? That's called necro'ing a thread on a forum. Its frowned upon on most internet forums. Ancient threads from years past with no activity are not usually meant to be responded to. Its just internet etiquette.
