Tomtop WHolsale centre Purchased a Nintendo DS Lite for my son at Christmas, it did not work, returned in accordance with warranty, after 4 month still no refund!! They pretend to be service oriented, drag out the return Internet

For Christmas I purchased a DS Lite on Ebay from TomTop, had a warranty and good rating and all.  Received the items and accessories, on Christmas day my son loved it, but within a week the top screen stopped working. I emailed the company, they wanted me to send photos of the problem. I argued that, just no point, but they made it a condition of the return, they needed to know what the exact problem was.  I didn't have a digital camera available, so it took a couple weeks, but warranty is for 90 days. 

 By months end, the DS Lite wouldn't function at all.  So I emailed again and told them I wanted to send it back.  They emailed and said they would be happy to send me a replacement.  I had to write back, no I wanted to send the whole order back and be refunded. They finally sent me an address to send it to. I made the mistake of sending everything, the 6 game cartridges, extra DS pens, case and all for a full refund as advertised.  Got the tracking number as required.  Imagine, item was never received. 

Timing is perfect, by the time you wait for the overseas mail system and it is undoubted that they have no intentions on following through with the warranty, neither Ebay nor Paypal will let you do anything as its past 90 days, you can't even leave a negative feedback.
