We purchased from “TonerPals” two toner cartridges that turned out to be defective. Not only did they not work but they also nearly ruined our printer.

Imagine cracking open a toner cartridge and scattering the powder inside your printer. That’s what happens with the kind of defective cartridges that “TonerPals” sold us.

When we emailed their “customer service” department (twice) about the issue, they ignored us. Clearly, these are scoundrels, intent on profiting unethically by not taking responsibility for the defective and harmful merchandise they sell.

You have been warned.

(Their 30-day guarantee is largely meaningless, as most of us purchase toner cartridges in advance, so we are able to install a new cartridge as soon as an existing one runs out of toner. When we previously attempted to return defective cartridges within 30 days of purchase, “TonerPals” made this painfully difficult.)
