 I purchased 8 cartridges from TonerSelection.com in February of 2014 for a total of $188.04.  When I replaced the color cartridge in my printer, it jammed in the printer head and damaged my printer when trying to remove it.  My printer will no longer print color documents.

I started working with Tonerselection.com on the issue back when they responded to consumers.  I returned the cartridges (all 8) for their team to review.  They determined that the problem was that all of their cartridges had the same image on the front containing all of the colors, so I had put a black cartridge into the color slot.  They said I should have known that because the color cartridges had a colored lid.  As I only needed a color cartridge I had not compared the color of the lids on the ones I had received, but just selected one that had what I believed was a colored label on it.  I have images of these cartridges that I can send.

Initially I wanted them to cover the cost to repair the printer.  After not getting a response from anyone for many months, I resigned myself to just getting a refund for the cartridges ($188.04).  At one point, they agreed to this, but it never happened. 

It has now been over a year.  They will not answer my emails to support, phone calls, online cases or emails directly to David (a representative of the company). At this point, I would be happy to get a refund per their policy, but NO ONE will return a call.

Please be aware when buying from this company that they do not have any customer service nor do they honor their guarantee.
