We, ICT Consultants got into a contract for Web Page creation service with Tonersquad beginning of the year 2008. We started to project after Gary Gerard signed the contract and informed me that payment check has beed mailed. We developed the site within the deadline without receiving anything. When contacted he kept saying that check should arrive any day. We delivered and uploaded the www.tonersquad.com site in good faith as they said they have a deadline related to local commercial for the site launch. Since we uploaded the site Gary has not responded to our multiple phone calls or emails. We still have not received the $2500 that Gary Gerard signed for the Tonersquad.com website design. Don't do business with this fraud company.

I had a similar experience with ICT-Consultants and when i reported the case to Better business Bureau, Ict consultants called me a fraud too. I am have also reported them to the Office of the Attorney's General. They have my money, they refuse to refund my money yet want more money from me and when i reported the matter to BBB they responded by calling me a scammer/Fraud. Very unprofessional, very unprofessional!!!!

WE had perfectly explained to him that we needed the website finished and running before the deadline because we were running a commercial that following week. the deadline past and cost us un-necessary expense. Even though his company was way to expensive we were willing to pay more to have it completed on time. Which was not. It was half completed and horribly done.We found another company to redo the whole website at more than half the cost and very proffesionally done. I would say beware of ICT Consultant Very expensive, does not
finish the job and poor quality.
