 This message is a Warning. A warning to anyone who crosses paths with Rashad "Toni Legacy" Aldridge. Even after reading 2 Rip Off Reports, I wanted to meet him because we established a relationship beforehand. He seemed like a genuine guy and very positive. Like any manipulator, his goal is to drawn you in, win you over, and strike once he finds your weak spot. We opened a business in October 2014 called Shakes R US inside of an LA Fitness. Our first month went really well. We were getting great customer responses and planned to open up many more locations. After our first month in business, Rashad disappeared. He told me he was going home for Thanksgiving break.

The next time I spoke to him in person was February 2015 I was left to handle the business, open to close everyday. After 2 months of working 100+ hours a week and failed attempts to communicate with Rashad, I decided to part ways with the business. It was my goal to sell my 50% and continue my life. Rashad insisted I sell him the 50%. We made multiple agreements and Rashad failed on every one of them. I tried to handle this out of court, but I now understand I will have to lawyer up. I have a dissolution contract we wrote and signed which states Rashad will make the final payment on February 5, 2015. The contract is obviously broken. Multiple other attempts after that to settle have been pushed to later dates by Rashad.

This is a warning to everyone who crosses path with Rashad Aldridge. Understand that he will figure you out and then play you for his own personal gain. It's disheartening that Rashad has stolen from so many people. One of the guys he stole from has been depressed for months and confessed to me that because of what Rashad has done to him, he has been on pills and wants to commit suicide. Rashad He currently lives in North Carolina and works in the Network Marketing companies Vemma and Savi Health. He has a media company named Evolution Marketing.
