The contract reads....

Around September 2014, My former business partner Toni called me and approached me with a deal. He said 4x your investment will be paid out in December. He said our money will be garanteed and come out of my Dad's pocket even if the invesent doesn't come through. I said okay great, I'll do it if I can get a contract signed from you with the amount of money and the timeframe and date it is owed, and so he signed it.

It basically reads as follows...

I Toni Legacy (Rashad Aldridge) owea Dan Vadnais $10,000 by December 11, 2014. A grace period of 5 days will be allowed.

(Signed) Toni Legacy 10/10/2014

No money has been paid.

You are entitled to get your money back!

I read your story; I truly hope it will have a satisfactory ending. This is a link to an organization who can help you.  They have helped many people who were scammed, to recover thousands of dollars.  Universal Financial Solutions  They are very popular in Florida, but their ads say they service the entire country.  Go to the website link I sent you to learn more.  Someone took advantage of you and didn’t deliver what they promised. You are entitled to get your money back! It's great that you have a contract. That is a start! -  Aavis
