If you are in the Philadelphia area and looking for a realtor, there is an office you should stay away from because if you are passed to a particular realtor at this office you and your family are truly in danger.
Tony Adams, Tony Everett Adams ,formorly with Coldwel Banker, now with Century 21 in Elkins Park is a creapy, psychopathic realtor who will make your life a living hell if you sign up with him and mention the potential of moving on to another realtor.
We signed up to use him but 5 months later, not even one showing, he didn't market our home, he didn't even promote it at all. When we tried to cancel our contract (which was within our right to do) strange things started to happen around our house such as: a broken window, scratches all over our car, our alarm went off 3 times and close to a dozen times we saw him in his blue Chrystler convertable, parked either in our drive way or across the street late at night.
If you are thinking of looking for a realtor, please, for your safety and the safety of your family, do not call Century 21 in Elkins Park because you may end up being assigned to Tony Adams. This is not a joke. Be advised!!!
