Tony Dang promised to design and install our landscape project Consisting of brick paver patio, obtain permits for and install exterior door and stairway and relocate crawl space.  

In addition Tony Dang was to build and install retaining walls, install gravel and stepping stone walkway, assemble storage shed, install 2 additional water faucet bibs, install automatic timer irrigation system.  

Tony Dang was also to Seal patio with semigloss protectant, install polymeric sand between joints. Tony was to back fill, grade and compact fill dirt for the stepping stone walkway, install 2 layers of commercial weed fabric, install concrete stepping stone walkway and install pebble ground cover.

Tony was to purchase all pavers for walkway, pebbles for walkway, brick pavers for patio, sand, dirt, gravel, faucet bibs, permits for door and stairs.
