This Tony Faver and www.improvesmallbusiness.com should be approached with extreme caution. He operated a site called www.corporatefundingdirect.com which is now gone. Typically if you are successful with a site you don't close it down.
From experience, he does not seem to have a clue about how to do business credit, so I am alarmed at the fees he is now charging. Please be careful, make sure you use credit card as well as get a guarantee of service from him, otherwise do not sign up. There are plenty of good SEO providers out there so not a big deal to find those. The issue I have with him is that he will not admit his mistakes and ignorance of what he is selling. That is a big issue in this type of economy. People need to be trustworthy.
