Tony lists homes with certain features which they may or may not have. He does this to entice people into looking at the homes. Do not buy anything from him or sell anything through him.

For example, I bought a home from him in which the listing said there was a patio and a deck. We made the offer on the listing and he never provided the deck nor did he intend to. This appears to be a pattern of behavior for Tony and Remax.

Tony also demands non-refundable deposits as a common busines practice. This allows him to rape buyers.
In our purchase agreement he had until a certain day to close and for every day over, he owed me $100.00. He went over by 8 days and said it was because he was getting divorced and he could not get his wife to sign the closing documents. In that time, we lost our rate lock. It cost $1900.00 to buy it back. I explained this to him and he said he would take care of it at closing. Needless to say at closing he told us to "F" off and sue him. Being that we had given him a non-refundable deposit, we closed and that was it.
At closing he lied as to the construction costs (I have the documents) to make it look like he was not profiting form the sale.

Tony steals from his customers regularly. I have heard that he hides properties without homeowners knowing it, reduces the price telling sellers that noone is interested and has a partner buy them from another company when the price is right. I do not have first hand knowlede of this. Beware of this man. Again, this is something I heard about him, but I did not experience.
I hope that anyone interested in doing business with Tony will read this and think twice. Trust me, you will get burned.

The situation with Tony has been resolved to my satisfaction. Tony has corrected the issues discussed in the previous report and we have resolved the dispute. There may or may not have been several misunderstandings that have been discussed and are now totally resolved. For the most part, I am willing to say that he was easy to work with and very willing to help us. For certain reasons, we did not speak for a while and it was out of a certain amount of frustration with our new home that the report was filed in the first place. Those frustrations have been remedied by Tony and the report above does not apply any longer.
