These people hurt us very badly and i am currentley trying to find legal help to make sure they dont get away with what they did nor do it to someone else.  I got a car title loan from them to help pay for an engagment ring i wanted to purchase.  I got a loan for 3000$ using my 2004 cadillac cts as collateral.  a few weeks after i got the money they came and repossessed my vehicle and shortly after i recieved a letter stating why they took my car and it said and i quote " The borrower or any other person liable on the loan has committed or threatens to commit acts of destruction, or has failed to take care of the motor vehicle in a reasonable manner, so that the motor vehicle has or may become substantially impaired in value."  

    and they gave me one week to pay my loan off in full or lose my car.  And when i got the loan i told the guy what it was for that i was buying a ring to get married.  a few weeks after getting the loan they took my car and wanted thier money back knowing that i had spent most of the money.  It was a set up from the beggining and i called the police and they said call a laywer. 

It gets worse,  They kept all my property that i had inside my vehicle which included the ring i had just purchased as well as some computer equipment because we were in the middle of moving all of our stuff into the new apartment we had just rented. 

   It doesnt stop there, at the time when we were siging the paperwork, i didnt have the pinkslip with me so he said to mail it in to him.  well shortly after they  i recieved the new registration from the dmv stating that they were a lienholder i went to them and asked how that was possible without my signature and they said that they dont verify signatures when they recieve documents, so i told them that i never signed it so the dmv requested from thier home office microfilms of the document in quiston to check the signature.

They also blackmailed me saying if i wanted to pursue this with the authorities that they would hand over to the police something they found in my trunk.

i am off of probation so now i am going to pursue this with all my heart.  they hurt us very badly, and i was 24 years old trying to start our new life with someone i cared for and they not only stole from me but set us back not only finacially but emotionally.  we still havent recovered from there scam. 

I beg you if you are considering doing business with these people i urge you to reconsider.  I have no reason to lie and i have all the documentation and whats most cruel is that most of what they did was kinda legal in some screwed up way.   please stay away from them   thank you and God bless,  ray
